July 15th North Head/ Devonport

Today we went to the North Head tunnels. This was of the defence posts of Auckland Harbor. As the Macs know by now, I love history and particularly the World Wars, so this was a perfect activity.

After our tunnel adventure, I got to go to the quilt store and picked up some kiwi fabric. We had lunch and then we went to the mall.

Funniest part of the day: I lost my voice which means more teasing from Roger :)

Happy part: stopping  by the area office of my church and dropping off a fun package to the sister of one of my friends
