One of the best birthdays ever!!!!

Today was my birthday. Andrea & I were born on the same day so we shared our 40th birthday together.  Today started with my first crumpet and then several hours on the soccer field .

Then we planned on a friend of Andrea coming over, which actually became a surprise party for our 80th birthday (40*2).

Tonight Roger took us out to dinner.  It was a fabulous birthday, probably one of the best in my life. Of course all I wanted for my birthday was this trip. I'm so glad I spent my 40th in New Zealand with the Macs!  Tomorrow we celebrate our American birthday since it will be the 13th there!

Best part: spending my day with people I love!
